1. Adult-Only Service
Wedify is a wedding profile and announcement service for adults. Users must be at least 18 years old to create a profile, submit partner details, upload photos, or use account features.
We may restrict, remove, or refuse accounts and content when we believe the service is being used by or against a minor, or when age or consent cannot be reasonably verified.
2. Prohibited Child Safety Violations
- Child sexual abuse material, sexual exploitation, grooming, trafficking, sextortion, or any attempt to obtain sexual content involving a minor.
- Content that sexualizes minors, including images, descriptions, messages, profile details, links, or edited media.
- Using Wedify to contact, harass, coerce, deceive, threaten, or exploit a minor.
- Uploading or sharing photos, identity details, mobile numbers, partner details, or private information of minors without lawful authority and clear consent where applicable.
- Creating fake profiles or partner requests involving minors, or misrepresenting a child's identity, age, relationship, or marital status.
3. Reporting Child Safety Concerns
To report a child safety concern, email [email protected] with a clear description of the issue, relevant profile or page details, screenshots if available, and your contact information.
Do not forward, download, copy, or reshare any suspected illegal child sexual abuse material. Report the location or account details instead.
4. Review and Enforcement
- We review reports and may remove content, hide profiles, suspend accounts, block access, or preserve relevant records where appropriate.
- We may escalate serious child safety concerns to law enforcement, regulators, app stores, hosting providers, or child protection organizations where required or appropriate.
- We may cooperate with valid legal requests and take steps to prevent repeat abuse, including device, account, or identifier-based restrictions where technically available.
5. Prevention and Account Safety
- Wedify uses OTP-based account access and may use additional checks to reduce impersonation, fake profiles, and misuse.
- Users must not share OTPs, login access, or account control with anyone else.
- Users should upload only photos and information they have the right and permission to share.
- Users should contact Wedify promptly if an account, profile, photo, or partner request appears unsafe, false, abusive, or unauthorized.
